EB-5 Immigrant Investor Benefits


To encourage immigration through the EB-5 program, the U.S.Congress enacted the Regional Center Pilot Program


  • The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) gives the Regional Center designation to approved private or public entities
  • A Regional Center is a confined to a specific geographic area
  • Regional Centers promote economic growth through increased export sales,improved regional productivity, creation of new jobs,and increased domestic capital investment.  


Texas Investment Regional Center (TexIRC)'s projects are very attractive to foreign investors because they provide qualified EB-5 investments with stable economic gains.

Investing through Texas Investment Regional Center (TexIRC) include:


  • USCIS gives priority to foreign investors who invest through designated regional centers
  • Most of TexIRC's projects are in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) where the required capital investment is only $500,000.
  • Investing through our Regional Center also allows both direct and indirect jobs to be counted for visa eligibility 
  • Foreign investors can use their own funds without the need for family or employer sponsorship
  • Investors do not need to be responsible for the daily management of the investment
  • The EB-5 investor does not need to live and work in the Regional Center's geographic region.  For example, an investor could invest in one of TexIRC's projects in the Austin, TX area, but live and work in San Francisco, CA.>
  • Foreign investors do not need to speak English, have relevant business experience, or any minimum educational requirement.
  • EB-5 investors are allowed to travel outside of the United States and return without a special visa
  • EB-5 investors can pay the same price as U.S. residents for college tuition.
  • Once you have been a permanent resident for five years, you can apply to become a U.S. citizen.
