Jared Mermis has over 16 years of business management, engineering, and sales experience spanning a wide range of industries. A persistent deal maker, he is passionate about all aspects of real estate. Prior to signing on at TexIRC, he managed a single family development for one of Austin's premier production builders and started up a real estate investment company.
Jared left a successful 11 year engineering and project management career in 2006 to move to one of the world's greatest cities. Before moving to Austin, he worked as a sales asset manager where he focused on new project pursuits with accounts such as KBR, Parsons, and Bechtel. Prior to that he was a project engineer with General Electric where he oversaw the manufacture of power generation packages used in cruise ships. Jared began his career as an R&D design engineer where he was instrumental in the success of a new oilfield product line.
Jared has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
Bobby Page began his career with JPI over 30 years ago after graduating from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance. He was a founding member of JPI, overseeing an asset base of approximately $2 billion.
Mr. Page’s responsibilities with TDI include managing debt and equity relationships and advising senior management regarding the company’s development and acquisition activity. Mr. Page also serves on the Investment Committee.

Product Developer – Architected developed and deployed systems in SCADA system for more than 10 automation in hydro-power station and substation in China, the automation control system of the HongKong subway system, the Dell Openmanage system management products and security products. Led, co-authored and contributed in multiple system management standard documents in Distributed Management Task Force (DMTF).
